These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ap33my ("the Platform", "ap33my", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the ap33my website located at https://ap33my.cam and all associated gaming services, applications, and features (collectively, the "Services").

ap33my is operated by a company incorporated under international online gaming licensing jurisdiction. To register and maintain an Account with ap33my, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum — not a soft guideline.
2. You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
3. You are not accessing the Services from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You are not a current or former employee of ap33my, its affiliates, associated companies, service providers, or immediate family members thereof.
5. You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by ap33my for breach of these Terms.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party.
7. You have read, understood, and agree to comply with all applicable responsible gambling obligations, including any limits you have set on your account.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on ap33my. Multiple accounts — whether operated simultaneously or sequentially — constitute a material breach of these Terms. ap33my reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any associated funds, including winings, at its sole discretion.

All bets and wagers placed on ap33my are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or event as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

• Bets are final once confirmed. ap33my does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except where expressly permitted under specific game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that materially affects the integrity of a bet or game round, ap33my reserves the right to void affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance.
• ap33my reserves the right to void bets placed on events where results have already been determined at the time of placement ("late bets"), where ap33my determines the integrity of the event is compromised, or where the published odds contained a material error.
• For sports betting markets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UCL, and other football competitions, official competition results as confirmed by the relevant governing body shall be final for settlement purposes, inclusive of any added time. Extra time and penalty shootouts are included only where specifically stated in the market rules.
• All gaming outcomes generated by RNG-based games are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of player expectation or perceived statistical anomaly.

ap33my offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, and the following general bonus conditions which apply universally:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement (rollover) has been satisfied. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms page.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date or period as stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the stated period.
• One Welcome Bonus Per Household: Welcome bonuses are limited to one per player, one per household, one per IP address, and one per payment method. Systematic exploitation of welcome bonus structures across multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Bonus Abuse: ap33my employs fraud detection systems to identify and action bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, collusion, use of bots, arbitrage strategies applied exclusively with bonus funds, and any patterns that ap33my determines are exploitative in nature. Accounts found in violation will be suspended and bonus balances forfeited.
• ap33my's Discretion: ap33my reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. The determination of whether a player qualifies for a promotion is at ap33my's sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ap33my platform. Violation of any prohibition listed in this section constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and (where applicable) referal to law enforcement or the relevant licensing authority:

• Registering or operating more than one Account
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading identity information during registration or KYC
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform without explicit written authorisation
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — including intentional exploitation of display errors, pricing errors, or RNG faults
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that originate from or are destined for any prohibited or illegal activity
• Accessing the Services from a Prohibited Jurisdiction via VPN, proxy, or any other method designed to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or any other form of dispute resolution mechanism contrary to these Terms after wagering deposited funds
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ap33my staff, agents, or other players
• Any conduct that ap33my reasonably determines is designed to defraud, deceive, or harm the platform or its other users

ap33my is committed to providing a responsible and sustainable gaming environment. The following responsible gambling provisions form part of these Terms and are binding upon both ap33my and its players.

• Age Enforcement: The minimum age for participation is 21 years. ap33my will verify age at registration and before processing withdrawals. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending satisfactory documentation.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, ap33my will not send promotional communications to the affected account.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via account settings. Limit reductions are applied immediately. Limit increases require a48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure mandatory session time limits. Upon reaching the limit, the player will be logged out automatically for the remainder of the session period.
• Reality Check Alerts: Players may activate periodic in-session reminders displaying session duration and balance changes.

All content on the ap33my platform — including but not limited to the ap33my brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software, game interfaces, betting interfaces, text, data, and compiled compilations — is the intellectual property of ap33my or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: scrape, copy, or reproduce any platform content; redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any feature of the Services; reverse engineer or decompile any platform software; or represent yourself as affiliated with or endorsed by ap33my.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ap33my, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or inability to access the platform.

ap33my does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ap33my shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, payment gateway outages, or network connectivity issues beyond ap33my's reasonable control.

In all circumstances, ap33my's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

ap33my reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, ap33my will provide reasonable notice (ordinarily no less than 7 days) via a notice posted on the platform's homepage or via email to your registered email address. Where an amendment is necessitated by an urgent regulatory, legal, or security requirement, it may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Services and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ap33my's operating entity holds its international online gaming licence. Nothing in this clause shall be construed as precluding any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, you should first contact ap33my's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. ap33my will endeavour to resolve disputes within five (5) business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted via the support email below. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by ap33my's licensing jurisdiction.
